Privacy, plainly.
Ginger & Bree does not offer customer accounts or newsletter signups. Cart contents remain in the visitor’s browser until a customer chooses to begin checkout.
Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Ginger & Bree does not receive a customer’s full card number.
Site activity
Cart contents may use local browser storage so they can reappear on the same device. Cart details are sent only when checkout begins.
Email links open the visitor’s own mail application. If someone emails the studio, we receive the information they choose to send and use it to respond and maintain appropriate business records.
Checkout
Stripe processes payment, billing, shipping, tax, and fraud-prevention information under Stripe’s own privacy practices. Ginger & Bree will receive the order information needed to fulfill, support, account for, and legally document the purchase. We do not receive a customer’s full card number.
Service providers
We may use providers for website hosting, payment processing, email, shipping, tax, bookkeeping, and fraud prevention. Information is shared only as reasonably needed for those services or legal requirements.
External destinations
Links to Etsy, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Stripe, USPS, or other external services are governed by those services. Ginger & Bree does not control their privacy or tracking practices.
Requests and retention
Order, tax, and accounting records are retained as required for business and legal obligations. For a privacy question or a request concerning information held by the studio, contact us from the relevant order or email address.
