Standard-size pieces may be returned when a request is started within 14 calendar days after delivery and the item meets the conditions below.
Start an eligible return within 14 calendar days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping unless the order arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Email the studio within 14 calendar days after delivery using the order email and order number. Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
Condition
Eligible returns must be unworn and undamaged. The buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damage or wrong item
Contact us promptly and keep the item and packaging. Photos may help us resolve the issue. Ginger & Bree covers return shipping.
Custom or altered pieces
Standard-size made-to-order pieces remain eligible. Personalized or nonstandard-fit pieces are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank controls how quickly the credit appears.
